To make wine slushies using the full pack, fill the blender with ice first, add the dry slush mix package and add a bottle of wine and blend until smooth. If using hard liquor, fill blender with ice, add dry mix slush package, add 1 ½ C of hard liquor (vodka, rum, gin), and blend. You can add ½ C seltzer water if you need a little more liquid to blend the ice…or more liquor. Adjust the proportions as you see fit…you know who you are.

Each slush mix makes seven 8oz glasses. That’s 56oz of tasty frozen goodness! If you want to do only half a batch, just cut the directions in half.

Slushie Method:  Pour mix into a blender along with 3/4 to full 750ml bottle of wine.  Use a good dry red wine like a Merlot, Bordeaux, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, or Cabernet Sauvignon or any white wine. Fill blender with ice and blend until smooth.

Classic Sangria Method:  The Sangria mix can be made on the rocks if desired, just pour in a pitcher, stir in wine and fruit until well blended – serve over ice!

Peach Mango Bellini can be made with dry white, dry Champagne, Prosecco or a bubbly Moscato. Slushie Method:  Pour mix into a blender along with 3/4 to full 750ml bottle of wine. Use a dry white wine, Champagne, Prosecco or Moscato.   Fill blender with ice and blend until smooth. Classic Bellini Method:  In a large pitcher combine the mix with 1 bottle or dry champagne or Prosecco.  Add some ice and enjoy! Bellini Cocktail Method:  In a pitcher combine mix with 1 quart of sparkling soda water.  Stir and dissolve. Add your favorite vodka, rum or gin to taste.  Add ice to glasses, pour and garnish with fruit.

Strawberry Cocktail Method:  In a half gallon pitcher combine mix with 1 quart or liter of sparkling soda water.  Stir and dissolve. Add your favorite vodka, rum or gin to taste.  Add ice to glasses, pour and garnish with fruit.

Slushie Method:  Pour the strawberry wine slushie mix into the blender, fill the blender with ½ ice and ½ frozen strawberries, add 3/4 bottle of white wine and 1 cup of Tequila Rose, blend well and enjoy!  

Slushie Method:  Pour mix into a blender along with 3/4 to full 750ml bottle of any dry white wine.  Fill blender with ice and blend until smooth.  For a little extra treat in the Pina Colada, add 3-4 oz of pineapple juice (that’s about 1/2 of a small Dole can.) and light or dark rum to taste. Classic Pina Colada Method:   For a little extra treat in the Pina Colada, add 3-4 oz of pineapple juice (that’s about 1/2 of a small Dole can.) and light or dark rum to taste.

Slushie Method:  Pour Pina Colada wine slushie mix into a blender along with 3/4 bottle of dry white wine.   Add 1 cup of Malibu Rum (or any coconut flavored rum) and ½ Cup of Sunny D (or a low-calorie orange juice).  Fill blender with ice and blend until smooth.

Slushie Method:  Pour mix into a blender along with 3/4 to full 750ml bottle of any white wine or Moscato.  Fill blender with ice and blend until smooth.  

Slushie Method:  Pour mix into a blender along with 3/4 bottle of any white wine or Moscato.  Add 1 cup of your favorite Caribbean Rum and then fill the blender with 1/2 ice and 1/2 frozen pineapple. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!  

For the Mudslide, fill the blender only halfway with ice, add 1 ½ C of Bailey’s, and 1 C of milk.  Blend, pour drink into chocolate syrup lined glass and enjoy! Don’t forget the whipped topping!   VARIATIONS: use almond or coconut milk if you have a milk intolerance

In a pitcher, combine mudslide mix with 2 cups water, 1 1/2 cups vodka, stir to combine and then add ice and mix well.  Strain into chilled martini glasses.

Fill the blender with ice, mudslide mix,  and a ½ bottle of Fissata (bubbly red wine from Traveling Vineyard) or any sweet red blend that has Concord or Catawba in it. Add 1 cup of Tequila Rose.  Blend well and enjoy!
